The story of Knowing&Ability
Knowing&Ability is dedicated to those people who learn by doing. In 2010, at the age of 38, I was diagnosed with a learning disability and a mental health disorder. For my entire life I have had low self esteem, depression, and issues with my heart. From this came years of therapy and medication to help me out.
Following this discovery, I decided that the best way to help those who also learn by doing, was by sharing stories of struggle to success, as well as through guidance, learning support, and content with the intent of caring.

After launching Knowing&Ability, I had to workout all the ways in which I wanted to help others, and because I believe in talking, as it matters, and poetry, this has lead to the creation of my podcast – LET’S TALK, IT MATTERS
