HOW TO BE AND STAY HAPPY

1: Think about what you want to experience, for example: complete organization, to be and stay happy

2: Think about your inner peace (how are you feeling at all times) and how you want to achieve that

Ah road trips, good for when you need to, want to and have to. As I write this story, I have just been on a road trip with two of my relatives – it was interesting, but what came to mind as I drove us to and from our destination was the concept of being happy. So just as I shared my thoughts with my relatives, I am now going to share them with you. Here we go.

Once you figure out how you’d like to live your life, the next thing to do is to ask yourself – what that looks like. For me, that looks like this: 

Your mental health will always matter: In relation to that, first up: Think about what you want to experience, such as complete organisation. What do I mean by this. It’s about different bags for different uses – thats how to be and stay happy. Check out the video  

Your overall health will always matter: This one is about survival and feeling good in your skin. Food, drink, movement and managing relationships are important, otherwise being happy will be hard for you to achieve. This comes under what do you want to achieve? And think about your inner peace.

Your happiness will and should always matter. As you age and have your life experiences, you will be getting an education in some way, along the way whether your want one or not. My message to you is this: make sure where and when you can, make sure you excercise your happiness muscle. Nobody will do that for you.

 

How I overcame my mental health issue and learning disability

When you have a goal, – such as getting your car repaired, so that you can keep rolling on the road, you have to work out in what order, or as I look at this, what are the steps, and the strategies that you need to take to find success. With everything that you do in your day-to-day life, there will be a goal attached to it, so that you have something to strive for. The next part is the learning how to get there. I call this the order of overcoming overwhelm.

This brings me to my final thoughts for you – Frame everything that needs to be done. This aligns with the order in which you live your day to day of doing. And by everything, I mean your starting point of steps, which will be the place in which you live. If you work from home some or all of the time, even better. Why? When you know what and how many of the business days of the week it will be that you will be at home, you are in a great place to be able to step and strategize your way by framing the day.

So there you have it. My thoughts on Mental Health Monday, and how monitoring your movements can help with managing your mental health. And how a wof is not just for cars, but for people too.

Here’s how you can evaluate a marketing manager’s impact on team performance.

 

As I mentioned, to be able to evaluate effectively, first you need to know what it is that you are evaluating – so in this case, it is a marketing managers impact on performance, which means what exactly? It means knowing what a marketing manager is (don’t worry I have done the google research for you, and here it is) – A marketing manager is someone who is responsible for leading the marketing efforts of a business, service or product. So, because I know this, I am able to take the appropriate course of action (writing blogs on social media and leading people like you, to my business, like now)  

 For a marketing manager to have an impact on team performance, he or she must know themselves well enough to evaluate and execute a successful plan

So over a period of time, I worked out a few things, four to be exact, and this has helped me to not only evaluate where I am at, but to execute a strategy that will get me success, and others also.

3 Ways in which I learned to solve my own problems

I have said this before and I will say it again, I was in my thirties when I discovered that I have both high levels of anxiety and depression, which means I have to constantly monitor how I feel, so that focusing on achieving is easy to do.
After discovering why I was failing so much and how to turn things around, I already knew what I was good at, (I suggest that you work that out too, and if you need help, just get in touch. What was I good at? Cleaning spaces and surfaces.

 

Knowing&Ability – stepping and strategizing skillfully successfully is a lot of things incorporated into one. When I created and launched my first business clean&gleam, not only was it my intention to help others, but to also help myself. Before I even got to work cleaning, I kept going to work on myself, this is one of the ways in which I learned to solve my own problems. You can read more about this below. I started with my fashion, what was I going to wear that would help me to look professional, while also being tidy.

 

Since creating and launching Knowing&Ability, I have discovered more about myself in relation to how I can solve my own problems, in which to also help others (yes you, I see you). Your knowing&Ability to step and strategize skillfully is what will help you find success. What does this look like – I want you to imagine that each day you wake you are going to take a walk up some stairs and then I want you to actually do that. Each step represents an area of your house and life. As you step I want to strategize in your head how you will strategize with your hands. If you are having a hard time imagining then I invite you to a conversation.

 

So here are three things that I have discovered –
Know yourself –
What do I mean by this – Knowing&Ability is based upon the foundational premise of language and learning (knowing and being able with the basics), meaning all of the topics start with a letter of the alphabet (F) for feelings and focus (how language is formed and used to focusing on what is needed to learn.
So for example: You maybe like me in that you wear pjamas to bed ( to much info? ), you get the picture, so that comes under fashion. From here you work out what kind of material you like to wear. This is an example of knowing yourself.
Be yourself –
When you take action that makes you feel whole on the inside, you already know that you are winning, it is from this standpoint, that your ability to achieve is more accessable.
Please yourself –
Not following the pack will be the hardest thing to conquer, but this is necessary for success. Only you know you, and if you don’t you soon will. Once again, this starts and finishes with the fashion and accessories that make you you, along with the different kinds of action that you take to help you celebrate, well your life.

 

Embodying the idea to ignition

Benefits of working with someone who knows and is able to help you achieve

I have always loved summer. The reason, there is no drama about deciding what to wear. I simply slip on a dress, easy shoes, my handbag, hat and of I go. Easy right. That is why I love summer.

 Been there and is now sharing experience 

I will confess, I have been a slave to fashion from my teen years, but as I have aged, and gone through life, if there is one thing that I have learned, to look good, you first have to feel good, right? And to achieve this means embodying an idea to igniton. For example: I have now learned that I look and feel better when I wear mostly dresses. (You will see the fashion on me in the video below). Combine this with the right shoes, jacket, and handbag, and you are ready to roll (the igniton).

A helping hand when you need it most 

Something else I have learned as I have gone through my life, is how much I appreciate when a woman or women ask for my opinion on their outfits. I make it no secret my obsession with fashion. When other women look good, I tell them. I do not feel any shame in doing so. This world needs more kindness and helpful smiling people.  

Focus, flow, have fun, and finish

Knowing yourself is a very important element in education so that you can evolve to enjoy life. When you know your preferences, your ability to collate, create, and critique your own behaviour, especially when it comes to cashflow becomes a constant calling. 

An educational expert who focuses on the mental well being (mental health) of people so that she can guide them to do what they need to learn and be able with.  

My work focuses on two things for a person. Their knowing how in steps (this means I help them with their mental health (that is the first thing) and then the second thing is, helping the person strategize their ways to success – by guiding and showing them what they need to do.
