Fashion, culture, Identity

Fashion, culture, identity

What do you think your fashion says about you?

Would you like to think that your style of fashion speaks volumes? Perhaps about your culture? And who you are, as a person?

I would… and I think it does. And here is how:

Fashion for me, is about:

Style, sophistication, steps, speaking (connecting with a real person, like now, is a must), and smiling ( its contagious, its important and its an easy thing to do!)

Being a cool chic, a fantastic female, who through fashion: can:

Culture:

As you can see, in all of the photo’s, I am wearing black. I have come to learn, (I like wearing black, it is a nice color that goes with a lot of other fashion). And I have realized that this color, black aligns with my two cultures. This is the color the women wear most of the time.

Identity and “Flattery”, will get you everywhere.

And, because, whenever I can,  I like to wear dresses, ( my identity), who, I am, as a woman, Sophistication etc, from the top. Black makes me feel good, as you can see, the color is “flattering”, and because of that, you feel good, a cool chic, who feels fantastic in her fashion, starting in her fortress.

Mental health and learning are linked

Mental health and learning are linked

No one wants to admit that they suffer every day from being nervous or from having learning difficulties. Those with both of these problems would prefer to live with the knowing that certain situations make them uncomfortable and that doing is the way in which they get things done – this is the learning.

My journey with knowing that I suffer with being nervous on a daily basis is a horrible one. Even as I write this post and share my story, my ability to draw on what I had suspected all of my life, that my struggles are real. Yours are too. Mental health is all about the emotional words that are used, such as being nervous all of the time. There are other emotions-based words.

As I have had to learn to take each day as it comes, actually doing this, is not as easy as it sounds. The tip and trick here is to focus and take action on four different things, that will aide in improving your mental health. This is where the learning comes in.

The learning is about doing until the day has come to an end. While you are in motion, feel your emotion. Are you feeling happy about what you are achieving? This is also important. This is how mental health and learning are linked.

What you also learn is that time waits for no one. When you are in the midst of struggling with your mental health, you start learning what kind of doing works best for you. Overcoming overwhelm is not an easy thing to achieve. What I have learned and what I am talking about here, because it matters,  is you managing your matters, with a starting point, that is your mind and mental health.

Your feelings. Then you have the middle ground, of what is next, and then the endpoint, before knowing and being able to retire for the day to bed. If the day has been a nice one, managing mental health and learning to know and be able will be easy. Seeing the sun out impacts how you feel, because of what if anything you are able to do.

This is why mental health and learning are linked. You have to learn to feel and then learn to know.
