Matters of the Mind is the first way in which you can work with me as your guide and learning support. This involves a 1:1 video call for up to 90 minutes, on a Monday as I take you through a presentation of slides, words and a worksheet, as I help you work with your matters of the mind – your mental health.

Live 1:1 Guidance via Zoom up to 4 days a week for 8 weeks of the New Zealand school term
