Today’s talking and teaching point is this: Creating a wicked wardrobe that you will actually wear, but what does that mean at the individual level, to learn about that will move your mental health from overwhelm to overcome. The kind of wardrobe each of us wants, and how we each achieve this will look different, but today I am going to talk about the things that I do, in steps, that help me to flow and not feel so overwhelmed with life.

Now, before we dive into dressing you, I am going to make this clear that there are a few things to learn because when you do not know, you are not able to flow through the day with ease.

Let us start with your underwear.

By working with the fact that there are 7 days in the week, only you will know what type and style of underwear will help you maintain good mental health. By learning what is out there (for purchase), and then narrowing your options down to look (you are after) and then price, (sometimes, by buying in bulk) you save money. So let’s go back to the 7 day fact, and double this, (for when you are away from home. You will feel less overwhelmed knowing that you have clean clothes waiting for you at home, should you wish to change.

Bra’s, singlets, and camisoles

I am going to stay with the fact that there are seven days in the week, but help you to be able to understand that once you have worn your clothes for a few hours (let’s say 4), you will want to put these clothes out to be washed. This is so you continue to feel good so that you can continue to flow through your day. Your bras, singlets, and camisoles are the important ones, as they are the closest to your body, and will therefore develop an odor.

And the last thing, the fit, so that you feel fantastic, as often as possible.

If there is one thing that I have learned from my fashion disasters, is that you have to desire to do in your clothes. From lounging at home to going on holiday. So that you can work on the next thing. Having fun with your life.
