HI, I’M YANNA,  My mission is to help  people who learn by doing, progress with their life, by teaching them how to step and strategize their way to success, so that living life successfully day to day is easy to achieve, starting with having a clean & gleaming house. I value being able to deliver top of the line services at reasonable prices.

My first business, a cleaning service, taught me how to step and strategize my way to success. Since I was young, I have struggled with being constantly nervous, along with my ability to learn.

I know how good it feels when you meet a mental health professional who has the ability to help you learn to step and strategize by starting with your emotions so that you can evolve and progress with your education, and life!

One day, after realizing that I would have to find another way of helping others (I have had a desire to be a teacher,ever since I was a girl – and university was not a good fit for me), a family friend who is also a professional, who helps others, and who struggles with learning also, offered me their service for free, and while this was happening, we talked about discovering why I have struggled so much with being nervous and learning, and how to deal with it.

This was in 2009 when I also thought about how I could progress through my nervousness while learning at the same time. I created a cleaning service (my first business) called Clean&gleam – a service which was about me helping others by stepping and strategizing in my client’s homes keeping the surfaces feeling good and shining, and spaces clean as well.

From here, as I worked and cleaned, I realized that I knew so much more, than just knowing and being able to keep a home clean&gleaming with shine, so I thought about how else I could be of service around the idea and concept of stepping and strategizing to success and Knowing (how to) step and strategize),  so you have the ability to achieve was born.

What I do :  provide guidance, counceling, and learning support services based on self-care practices that are built on progressing by mentally stepping and then hands-on strategizing to success. What is Knowing&ability? KnowingandAbility has explored knowing how to engage people as the foundational purpose for personal growth and evolution.

Guiding people (through show and tell), and helping them (to learn to step and strategize), while empowering people to engage in discussion around what I call the three layers of managing mental health so that you have the ability to learn, and live life!

Layer one: Overwhelm – where I guide you via different services and, through show and tell.

Layer two: Order – Where I guide you through a conversation 

 Layer three: Okay – Where I guide you from a starting point or we get straight to the structured steps.

Why me? I know how hard it feels to be in a constant state of overwhelm and frustration. That is why (my why) I created, Knowingandability. 

To promote the seeking of help (who – me) and then to what (provide it). Where (online), how – by telling people what I do through guidance.

Asking people what they do (councelling), and showing people via content in membership and learning support. 

From my struggle of not knowing what to do ( to get work and an income): I created a list of things, in which I also created my first business, which I called Clean&gleam, (providing a cleaning service from what I did KNOW). From there my knowingandability grew, (because I knew) some steps that got me success. A list of things I knew about, also became my strategy, which gave me the confidence of how to utilize my time to evolve and be effective, with how I lived my life, day to day. And then get rid of my overwhelm.

From here, my competency grew as did my skill ability – knowingandability, to be capable of doing things, that by the end of the day, helped me to feel good about myself.  Something, a feeling we all want- am I right?) That is why you are here –  you want to know and be able to – right?

My friend, you are in the right place – where you learn to know and be able, to manage your day-to-day life and mental health.  What you get here, is a person with a passion for education – giving you the coaching and learning support you need to ‘do life’, without the struggle, that I once had.
